• offer the opportunity for individuals and groups to interact on a personal level with a veteran professional vocal group

• provide a unique perspective and a new set of musical tools to guide participants through the exciting and increasingly popular world of vocal music

Learning about the Bobs’ unique vocal arranging techniques, getting the inside scoop on music careers, asking probing musical or professional questions, becoming part of an “allvocal rhythm section” or laughing until it hurts, workshoppers of all ages always leave these “edutainment” sessions smiling.

The Bobs have an informal, adaptable presentation style mirroring that of their concerts, inviting interaction, grooving, and just plain fun. This gives them an unparalleled ability to connect with many different age groups, with or without musical training or experience.

Richard Bob Greene, Dan Bob Schumacher, Matthew Bob Stull and Angie Bob Doctor share their experiences in music and theater in a presentation tailored to your group’s demographics, experience and interests. Previous workshops activities have included audience Q & A, demonstrations of vocal percussion and arranging techniques, directing performance groups and working with soloists.

The Bobs can also guide the formation of group-wide compositions and arrangements. Using their peerless brand of musical styling, they demonstrate the basic musical functions of each instrument in a typical band or orchestra and how these functions can be accomplished vocally.

For more advanced groups, The Bobs also offer song writing clinics, Master Class sessions andspecial coaching for student vocal groups on performance technique, staging and presentation.
